The collaboration with EON began in a very organic way. It started when EON’s marketing lead visited one of Famsy Mall’s retail outlets and noticed the range of merchandise displayed in-store. The products were not just standard corporate items; they had a more modern, lifestyle-driven appeal that made them feel usable, giftable, and memorable.
This sparked a conversation around how EON could elevate their own corporate gifting experience. Looking for fresh ideas and a more creative direction, their team approached Famsy for advice on how to improve the gifts given to customers during car booking campaigns.
From there, Famsy shared our corporate merchandise portfolio and presented how everyday products could be transformed into meaningful brand touchpoints. After participating in EON’s Request for Quotation process, we successfully secured the project and began developing a gifting concept that would better represent EON’s modern brand direction.
What began as a simple inquiry from a retail visit eventually grew into a full corporate gifting collaboration, built around the idea of making every customer booking feel more exciting, rewarding, and memorable.
Challenge
For years, the typical reward for customers who booked a new car was a standard umbrella printed with a basic corporate logo. While practical, this approach had become familiar and expected. It served its purpose, but it did not create a strong emotional connection or memorable experience for customers.
EON wanted to change that. They saw an opportunity to make their customer giveaway feel more premium and more aligned with today’s lifestyle expectations. Instead of offering a single traditional item, they wanted a set of products that customers would actually enjoy using in their daily lives.
The challenge was to create a gift set that felt fresh, modern, and valuable, while still maintaining a strong connection to the automotive world. Each item needed to feel practical for car owners, stylish enough to reflect the EON brand, and attractive enough to make customers feel appreciated after making a car booking.
More importantly, the gift could not feel like a simple logo placement. It had to feel like a proper brand experience.
Famsy Solution
We stepped in to overhaul their merchandise aesthetic, getting heavily involved in the design process.
Famsy approached the project by designing a complete lifestyle gift set instead of focusing on just one giveaway item. The direction was built around a cohesive navy blue and red aesthetic, giving the collection a premium, modern, and automotive-inspired look.
We created a customized lineup that included a branded car sunshade, durable patterned tote bag, premium thermos bottle, plush neck pillow, and portable mini fan. Each product was carefully selected for its usefulness, especially for customers who had just booked a new car. The items were not only decorative; they were made to fit naturally into a customer’s driving and daily lifestyle.
To strengthen the brand identity, we incorporated sleek geometric automotive icons together with the EON logo and their slogan, “Passion Drives Possibilities.” This helped the products feel more designed, more intentional, and more connected to EON’s brand story.
Instead of producing a standard corporate gift, Famsy helped EON create a full gifting experience — one that looked coordinated, felt premium, and gave customers something they would actually want to use.
Wow factor
The new giveaway quickly became a success, with the custom bottles being redeemed at a fast rate once customers reserved their cars. The strong response showed that the refreshed gift set was not just attractive, but genuinely valued by customers.
This success caught EON procurement’s attention and led to the products being expanded across multiple internal departments, turning a marketing giveaway into a wider company merchandise standard.
